Abstract Background Metastatic involvement of the breast is relatively rare and has an incidence 0.5–3%. Lesions that metastasize to may produce changes look similar those primary cancer on mammography, but they are more likely be multiple frequently bilateral. Case presentation A 38-year-old female complaining progressive proptosis with bilateral palpable lumps. She was referred imaging unit evaluate nature lesions, diagnostic complementary ultrasound done revealed variable-sized well-defined masses scattered all over their parenchyma. True cut biopsy taken from one them show metastatic carcinoma non-mammary origin. Immunophenotyping neuroendocrine lung workup horrible deposits in organs found lung. Conclusions Metastasis extra-mammary carcinomas extremely rare. The most common types malignant melanoma, secondary lymphomas, tumors origin like Small cell carcinoma. Histopathology sometimes immunophenotyping can provide diagnosis.
